What was your original motivation for signing up?
We have a home-based consulting and publishing business that we recently decided to take on tour in our RV. Literally doing business on the road, I felt we needed a safe, remote place to backup and store our files.
Is your use of Tilana Reserve more of a business or personal nature, or both? Please explain.
Both. Because we are travelling and using laptops for work and home, we were concerned about losing our data if our computers were stolen, or if we were in an accident or fire.
Have you ever had to call or email for support, and if so what was your experience?
No. Help documentation has been very - well, helpful.
How many computers do you have on your account?
Two.
Do you make use of the sync feature, browser based web access, or version history?
No. Just backup for current work and storage for deleted files.
Have you ever had a case of lost data that was retrievable from Tilana Reserve?
Oh, yes, several times. And, before we left on our extended road trip, I had backed up some files that I didn't want to bring with me, but thought I might need at some point - and I did. I was able to easily get them from Tilana.
