Tilana Affiliate Program Policy

Referral Mechanism

• Signups generated with a given referral code entered to the appropriate form field will trigger the affiliate sales and commission tracking sequence.
• Affiliates produce referral sales by delivering their referral codes in one of two ways:
  
  
  1) as part of hyperlinks containing the URL to the Tilana Reserve signup form embedded with the affiliate referral code, which is then automatically passed to the appropriate form field, or
  
  2) as the codes by themselves for manual input into the appropriate form field in the Tilana Reserve signup form.

Commission Structure

• Affiliates paid 25% of revenue from accounts signed (via PayPal™).
• Commissions paid for 1st year's revenue, monthly as fees are collected.
• When 5 accounts are sold, commissions are paid back to the first.
• Commissions are added onto monthly payouts for 6th account sold, etc.
• Tilana provides support for all accounts sold.
• Any Tilana Reserve account holder can earn commissions as an affiliate, including anyone referred by another affiliate.

Requirements, Limitations and Restrictions

• Commissions paid only after 5 accounts are signed. Commissions accrue until the fifth referral account is sold.
• Commission payouts continue through the 12th month of activity for each referral account, providing that the total monthly payout amount is above the $3 minimum.
• In a given month commissions that total less than the monthly $3 minimum continue to accrue until the total is greater than $3, when they are paid in full.
• Commissions that don't meet the requirements of minimum referral accounts sold (first 5 accounts) or minimum monthly commission payout ($3.00), in either case, accrue for a maximum of 24 months. For a given referral account all commissions will be forfeited after the 24th month in the life of the account if the account is one of less than the minimum 5 required for commission payments to begin, or if referral commissions owed at that time total to less than $3.
• Commissions for referral accounts terminate naturally if the referral account terminates for any reason during the 12 month affiliate commission period.
• Affiliates must promote Tilana Reserve signups with methods other than sending unsolicited email.

• To modify the policies of the Tilana Affiliate program without notice to the affiliate.
• To terminate the payment of affiliate commissions upon determination that any display on a referring URL is deemed offensive or misrepresentative of the Tilana Reserve software and service offering.
• To consider all affiliate commissions accrued at the point of termination as forfeit.
